GCMS was Incorporated in 2016 by Tiffany Girard, CCAM, having 15 years of experience in real estate and 12 years of experience in community management. We are here with the sole purpose of providing exceptional residential management services for homeowner associations and common interest developments in Southern California.
GCMS focuses on goal oriented management while providing the highest level of customer service for our clients.
Our management services and expertise will provide administrative services including direct supervision of all Association contractors, securing and reviewing bids, Architectural Guidelines and requests, maintaining Association documents, phone calls and written correspondence, CC&R Enforcement, an outstanding customer service department along with a 24-hour emergency line, Community Newsletters, preparation and delivery of Board Packets, and attendance of all meetings.
GCMS will also handle your financials which would include monthly or quarterly billing statements, developer billing, monthly financials customized to fit your property, Reserve Study planning, preparation of escrow demand statements, payment of all bills, annual budget planning and execution, Audit and Tax Preparation, and Auto Debit Collection capabilities.
